Hi zazeners

As Sunday morning seems difficult for a number of you either because it’s too early or you are away so it has been decided to try another day, time, & format:

SUNDAY 19:00-21:00

There will be a 40 minute zazen with posture adjustments then a 10-minute kinhin 経行 followed by a second 40 minute zazen with Dharma instruction/talk.

Cost: CHF 25.- (All proceeds to Japan)
